Dandelion Jelly
Recipe: 2 Cups of packed dandelion petals 4 Cups organic sugar 1 Pack of pectin 4 Cups water 2 Tablespoons fresh lemon juice Directions: Pick your dandelions & discard any green leaving only the yellow petals. Boil water, once boiling, remove from stove & steep the petals for 1-24 hours. If you do more than 1 hour, place it in the fridge until you're ready to use. Strain petals from water & place in a pot & boil. Once it's a slow rolling boil, put in the lemon juice & pectin
