Eggplants, pumpkins, & butternut squash. Just to name a few.


Check out your local farmers market & see what you can get in season. If you're local to the north Georgia mountains here's a few things to eat this time of year. Support local when possible & enjoy natural benefits of eating foods our body's need each time of the year.

Warming spices and herbs are also a great addition this time of year!
