Ginger Shot Recipe

I'm always looking for ways to incorporate ginger into my meals. Fortunately, I enjoy its taste and the comforting warmth it provides. Ginger is rich in anti-inflammatory properties and offers numerous other valuable health advantages.


Here's my usual ginger shot recipe blend:

  • 4 large carrots

  • 1 large ginger root

  • 5 apples

  • 8-10 oranges

  • 4 lemons


I place all these chopped up ingredients in a juicer and stir well. If you don't have a juicer, no problem, simply blend them up & strain with a cheese cloth.
