
Breathwork
Breathwork can be a key tool for self awareness. It is said that it can aid to help heal trauma. The goal of breathwork is bringing more insight on our day to day lives. Sessions may reduce stress, create feelings of openness, encourage gratitude, and promote connection. It's also said to reduce harmful stress hormones which can ultimately lead to better stress management which equals a higher quality of life. Breathwork can also help with any emotional blocks you may be experience.

What to Expect
â—‹ We will begin by discussing what the benefits of breathwork are
â—‹ We will discuss things that can happen during breathwork
â—‹ Instructions will be given on how to perform the healing technique
â—‹ We will begin the meditation state with breathwork for around 20 minutes and then proceed with a relaxing meditation to allow our bodies time to get back to normal state
â—‹ You may journal your experience
â—‹ Results may vary, but it's likely at this point you'll feel much more self aware and at a balanced state


What Do I Need?
While nothing is required, the following things may enhance your experience.

A blanket or yoga mat to lay on during the session so you're as comfortable as possible

A blanket to cover up with. It's very common & normal to feel cold during breathwork

A journal & pen to make notes of your experience

An eye mask or scarf to cover your eyes to help with relaxation
